Black felt or black straw?
Black felt is the smartest cowboy hat and the one for colder months: Leonidas is plain with a chin cord, Ragnar has a buckled band, Magnus a studded brown band and Pelayo a longhorn skull. Every hat comes in three sizes: 56–58 cm, 58–60 cm and 60–62 cm, measured around the head. Measure just above your eyebrows and ears; if you’re between sizes, choose the larger one. Our hat size guide shows how.
